I’ve been reading a lot about personal finance and also mindful books about what is really important in life and that money shouldn’t be the goal.

Well what I think is that yeah of course everything else is more important like love, friendship, values, physical health, emotional health and the list of things can be long it depends on everyone.

But money is always going to be a factor in every thing you want to accomplish why ? That is just the way the world moves .

The most important thing is that it shouldn’t be the objective it is just a tool to help get where you want to go and focus on the goal not the means to get there I mean of course to make your effort and do the best you can at whatever you’re job is is not only going to give you the money it’s going to give you satisfaction knowing your doing your best , never letting it overwhelm you

Ever felt like having to much on your plate and just not knowing or not having a clue what to do, well that’s been happening to me lately.

I feel so fed up that it’s like I’ve lost my compass and north seems no where to be found. It’s going to take a While to get organized and find my track but I’m confident that with some mind work and some meditation or some time to get clarity will get me back. To continue is to keep it going even when you feel lost and without the a clear path and even when you get derailed know that you’re on your way.

Let’s get on track and don’t lose the motivation, the only way to do that is always having the objective for what your doing clear and in mind

Stop for a moment breath look at what you want to achieve, find the path to it and keep it in mind until you get maybe not exactly but definitely close enough to know you did it

Monday with some summer vibe

When summer kicks in it’s like you would like to go away on a fantastic vacation and drop everything but that’s not what adulthood is lol.

Sometimes wishing to going back to the time where summer was time to go an take an adventure without anything that was attaching me to anything.

It’s Ironic how you grow up and what you’ve been thought your whole life when you where a kid and a teenager even when someone is in college doesn’t get to go in adulthood, where even if you Go on vacation you have to be like attached to work or taking care of many things and you know the second your back there will be a ton of stand by stuff waiting for you.

Well but still if you decided to go or not on vacation there is like a nice type of vibe that summer brings to it where even if your Working or have your children all day with you it has like a different kind of vibe feeling a little bit more adventurous and free.

Have a good summer/work/whatever week ahead !

STEP 1

I´ve come to realize that whatever is on your mind that you want to do you have to do it one step at a time and go form there, it doesnt have to ve a big step whatever is taking you in the direction you want to go just do something each day that makes you keep moving towards that goal.

maybe its personal health youre wanting to create yo dont have to get all anxious beacuse you see social media watching everyone thats already done it and feel like you are a complete failure, your not you just have to get on the track with your on pace but beaing persistent is I think the most important thing.

for example if you want to get a great body start one day at your pace slowly but persistent and you will get there it may take you months o even years to where you want to go don´t feel pressure and think your not getting anywhere after two weeks and then drop it, continue even though you feel its not happening one day you will start feeling that change you´ve beed wanting but continue.

this is my step one and second day of writting a post that i´ve been talking myself out of it because in my head im thinking i´ll never be famous online there is already everything out there why would I make the difference?. Well let me tell you I started my fitness journey 3 years ago and only like 6 months ago I started feeling that change and even people tell me woow you´re getting ripped and im like really?, I dont feel it that much but it´s awesome to start feeling your slowly getting there.

so step one do whatever you want to do in your own pace dont get disstacted by all the things out there that tell you, you can do it in 3 seconds I meen maybe you can but my personal experience has tought me it takes time and persistence and it´s on you own PACE and as the brand Jhonny walker says KEEP WALKING.
